As the company’s Lead Strategist, Laura is passionate about moving clients from scarcity to abundance. She brings decades of credit industry expertise, tactical credit optimization and long-term wealth-building strategies. She helps members strategically get out of the credit ruts, shift their mindset towards their credit, and confidently own their future.
Origin Story
Laura's financial rebuild
I didn’t start Credit Dusters because I was a financial prodigy. I started it because I was drowning.
In 2007, I hit my own version of rock bottom. I wasn’t “bad with money.” I was in a full-blown financial crisis. I pulled my credit report and thought it might be the worst score on the planet. After reviewing thousands of reports over the years, that one still ranks among the worst I’ve ever seen.
I felt defeated, embarrassed, and completely stuck in survival mode. I tried the quick fixes. I tried the 'magic' bureau letters. None of it worked long-term. That’s when I discovered that fixing my credit wasn’t just about deleting negative items; it was about shifting my entire mindset from 'survival' to 'strategy.'
I spent years rebuilding my life from the ashes of that wreckage.
Today, Credit Dusters exists to hand you the roadmap I wish I had back then. We don’t just fix credit; we build the kind of 700+ profiles that turn 'denied' into 'approved' and broken finances into generational wealth.
